This draft Rule specifies the key elements of the proposed Operator Rating System. The proposed system sets out relative categories of safety performance for transport service operators and approved taxi organisations, and provides the means for assessing (and re-assessing) and publishing levels of safety performance in relation to those categories. The deadline for submissions is 22 May 2007.
